The whole Tribes 2 for free campaign makes me angry. Fileplanet ran out of CD Keys to hand out for all the downloads so now my download is basically useless.

It takes alot of power from the auth server to create 20000 cdkeys so sierra decided to make 5000. (the sever might crash and they dont have it backed up anywhere) They said soon they will be releasing it again when they get more cd keys.

Then why not just play tribes? Its also on download, and I feel its MUCH better than 2.

Online shootem up with jet packs and vehicles. It's pretty fun... I like laying turrents and repairing shit lol.
Cloaking and zaping people in the back is always fun.
It's a great game.... we used to play it on the computers at are school until they killed everything. MMMM 15 people playing online in the same server over T1, those were the days.

why dont' they just disable the program that checks your game for the CD-Key and have it return true no matter what your CD-Key is.

God why download the game from fileplanet and wait when you can just buy the game for 5-10$ at Walmart.
I got it for 10$ about 2 years ago I cant imagen what it is now!
Does anyone here still play this online, I did yesterday I forgot how much fun it is. Even though I was getting murdered I was having fun. After the server which had about 60 people in it changed from a CTF map to Rabbit (Which is grab the flag and everyone will try to kill you so they can get the flag) its like Not It in mechassualt, cept when I grabbed the flag 60 some people were chaseing me around the map. I didnt live but a minute, but it was one hell of a minute.
I think I'll go play it now...
