I ****ing agree. This movie i think will suck nuts, all you have to do is look at the last few movies based on Comic Books that they ****ing gone crazy with all except Spiderman and the 2nd Xmen, Maybe the first but it was so so not nearly as good as the others.

Yeah, opening against Kill Bill was a huge mistake, and will probably get lost in the shadow, but that doesnt mean it will suck. The Marvel movies have been real good quality. Spiderman, both XMen, even Blade. DareDevil was a give or take(mostly to the Affleck effect) but still was good. This Punisher will also be good, but be buried by Kill Bill V2.

Well,look at it this way.Who's been in business longer: Marvel? or the Kill Bill Producers?Even if Marvel doesn't make as much as Kill Bill 2, Marvel still has more money then those producers...

i don't know where you live, but in the real world, miramax has more money - by far - than marvel. then, of course, you have to factor into that that your argument about money is stupid. and had no bearing at all on what i said. moron.

I saw Kill Bill 2, and The Punisher.
It's hard to compare them, they were very different movies, I liked them equally.
Punisher was very sweet, maybe the best comic book based movie ever.
I suggest you see both.

I saw both this weekend, and what i say is, Kill bill WAS cooler, but you should deff see the punisher too! It was very cool and WAY BETTER than i thought it was going to be.

haha yeah i know what you mean, and i did see the original punisher movie, *cough cough* gay, but this one is cool, you see not only his wife and kids die, but they were at a family reunion and his WHOLE FRICKEN FAMILY dies, dad, mom, the whole thing, then he goes completely nuts and just starts, stealing money from bad guys, killing all bad guys, and cool guns and stuff. And there are assians sent after him too!

awesome, except from what i hear they made this guy into a pussy. anyone who's ever read the comic knows that the guy was psycho BEFORE his family got killed. and still remained psycho. it wasn't some damned sense of justice.

i want to see this movie, but i very seriously doubt it's the best comic book movie ever made. that's stating a LOT.

I must say this movie was good. It was full of blood, revenge("punishment"), and bumbling baddies. The movie features blood gushes spurts and sprays. The baddies show up to the door 1 by 1 only to be suprised that one helluva pissed of dude is there with a gun. The makers of this movie are truly horrible movie makers. In all honesty the script was shister. So let me lay it down.

yeah, from what i hear the punisher is too much of a pussy in this movie to warrant The Man's time in playing him.

i'm gonna go see this sometime this week (maybe tonight?) and i'll have a fair judgement on it, but just remember...frank was a ****ing psycho BEFORE his family got killed in the comic book...
