Well I know I really shouldnt post this on this site at all, but just incase one of you people know why this is happening for some dumb reason I'd figure I'd ask.
For some reason when I open internet explorer it loads then if I try multi-tasking or searching on 2 different sites at the same time the first site I was on will get closed and the 2nd site will take it's place.
Why is this?
If you guys dont know it's fine I'll more then likely find my answer on microsoft.com

what kind of IE you have and have you downloaded all the patches?
Also you should go to internet options, advance tab and restore defaults

I downloaded the most recent patch for IE did nothing.
I tried the defult tab awhile ago.
It just started today... The only real major thing I did was Defragment my computer... I doubt that is what triggered it.

well it is IE theres always some sort of bug with a windows product. Why don't you try Flashpeak's Slimbrowser it has pop-up blockers and new windows apear on a built in taskbar like the one on mIRC.

I was thinking about just downloading K-Meleon, I'm starting to get sick of IE. Ill still keep it on my computer in some folder I'll never open just incase I want to change back to it. For now though I'm going to try a total revized Browser K-Meleon, then if things dont go well with that I'll try Mozilla.
They both have fairly high reviews on www.download.com

Internet Explorer sucks, only use it when you need to. For browsing and stuff I use Mozilla.

I switch between IE and Mozilla. Depends on what sites I am looking at.

Do you enjoy real customizable internet browser with popblocker and all that stuff. Then try phase out 5.0 :-) Right now i m using the spider man web browser...take a look

They also let you use your own skin design "flash" browser if you can make one. Also you can use a controller to browse which is cool.
