I finally finished the series and End of Evangelion... Anyways else see this? Goddamn it is so confusing I have no idea what went on at the end...

hey papyparpy im just as confused as u are...and i watched the movie before the last 2 episodes which is meant to make more sense and i still dont get the ending.

*the Anime Expert steps in* The last 2 episodes explain whats going on inside of shinjis head(i know its really ****ed up) so thats why i just tell people to go watch the End of Evangelion movie instead of trying to figure out episodes 25 and 26.

The destruction of the last angel would bring peace yes? NOOOOO the military wants to use the evas for something else so NATO starts hacking into the main systems of nerv but fail so they send in troops to crush them. Well another org is using htis as a cover to do what the angels were trying to do which is destroy humanity so they use ray to start it causes the end of the world leaving only shinji and asuka alive i guess to procreate but then he strangles her good ending huh?

he doesnt kill her though, because shes still alive at the very end.
But ok just a few more questions...
1. back in one of the earlier 20's episodes Misatos Govt agent boyfriend gets shot... By who? They never say what the hell happens there.
2. What was Adam?
3. Who the hell was Lilith? they were talking about her the whole time but I never figured out.
4. Did everyone just turn back into Primordial ooze or something?
5. Werent Rei and the last angel still alive when Shinji becomes a god?
thats all I can think of now heheh.

1. You never find out who shoots that guy
2. Adam was the angel that exploded in the north pole putting hte world in the shape it is now of raising ocean lines.
3. Lilith is another angel whos tissue samples were used to clone Rei IOW Rei is Lilith.
4. Yes
5. Rei is destroyed shinji doesn't become a god.

i watched every episode exept the last one, and never saw the movie. I should really go back and watch those... :|

you should but the last 2 eps sucked because they ran out of funding
hread they were coming out with more episodes but I doubt it how could they continue with a destroyed world.
