Is it compatible?...it is the only Broadband company that i can get since every other one isnt available in my area...and i want to know if it works with Xbox live.

it has to do with the fact that if i can play TFLO or not...thats the only reason im getting it...so i was just wondering if i could use that ISP to connect top XLIVE to play TFLO when it comes out...:rolleyes:

And you are incorrect SilentDeath. Not every ISP is compatible with Xbox Live.
I think xbox.com has a list of the compatible ISP's.

yes ....ive checked that list...Insight isnt there...so i will contact both Insight and email to xbox.com to see if this works...if not i will have to get Earthlink (only DSL ISP available in my area) and i will have to change phone companies..do a bunch of stuff..arghh...o well..thanks everyone anyways..::crying::

I always thought any ISP would work also and that the only thing you had to worry about were routers... oh well.
By the way that list isnt complete with all the possible working ISP's... I'd call up the company and ask them.

Other providers will be added to this Xbox Compatible list in the coming months. However, even if your provider is not listed here, your service may connect to Xbox Live and the provider may be added to the Xbox Live Compatible list soon.
Like I said call the ISP and ask them, you probaly arent the only one that would ask such a question.

the thing that sucks is that i have to get an extra IP address for 5.95...but well..it works....thnks all anyways.

thats true...but mainly for XLIVE and TFLO....i would also probly play some pc games like CS or some FPS...but yeah main reason is cuz of this game

You know why I got broadband... because I found out I could get super fast speeds and I wouldnt tie up a phone line... and it costed the same as a 2nd phone line... It was a given.
Once you go broadband you'll never touch Dial Up again.
I remember when I used dial up about 6 years ago.... and I got broadband. Boy did I ever go download alot of things.... and it isnt like XBL HAS ONLY TFLO!
