I was wondering how the voice chat like mask over thing worked, can somone please help me???

It's way better then XBL ones, you can create your own, they sound normal, and you get it to sound just like your character, wether your male or female. It's great.

I do hope most of the people here will use no mask. Imo nothing is more anoying then a misvormend voice...

i dont know about making ur own voice but it will have a lot of voice masking..it will use range voice...or something like that meaning that u will hear the person u're talking to depending how far from them u are (unless you are in the same party). in the video i just saw it sounds really crowded and i could hardly understand anything but the voice masking works really great.

Umm, i will use a voicemask, and anyone else who is cool will. It's not the normal ones, these are actually good, they sound like normal voices, and you can make your own, so you can sound just like your character. I mean seeing some orc with some little ugly voice would suck, so of course anyone who likes to rp or has a brain will use it, i know im going to use nothing -but- voicemasks.

Who says you can make your own? I highly doubt that will be possible, I mean how would you go about creating a voice? :rolleyes: They'll be pre determined voice masks if any, a different voice for each character class and gender.

hmmm i heard that you are automatically voice masked to sound like your character.....

Thats what i meant, so every voice will be individual. Haha.

Do you suppose they will allow us to sample our masked voices when we create our characters? Can't wait till it comes out. :)

probrably will let us test it...also i think they should make us choose a certain voice mask that will suit us depending on out charrie race...more realism...
