I'm new here and I made a search and couldn't find any info on this...
Will there be dual-wielding - using two weapons at once - in this game?

i have no idea... u prolly are able to have more than one weapon on youy but prolly not equiped...ive see the trailers at www.gametrailers.com and i havent noticed it.But i dont really think u will be able cos the fighting isnt exacly something thats very fast in this game...more like turn based. ill check again.

They really should.. I don't think I want to use two weapons at once but it really adds to characters... like who wants to be a rogue using one dagger :P

Yeah i know what you mean...even though those double swords in PSO where kind of crap it really made my character look tough and really cool. But then again here they got the option of having a bucher knife to cook and a spoon aswell so its all good

hey, Im pretty sure i saw a screen shot of a thief using dual daggers somewhere but i cant remember where :( I all post it if i remember!

the only thing close to this will probly be lets say a two-handed sword where you cant use a a shield the sword will prbly be stronger when you attack kinda gives an unfair advantage if you can have two of lets say strongest swords in the game and are attacking something.

well I've gone through alot of pics and havent seen on dual wielding pic or a double bladed sword.

Well, for dual-wielding, you would have to get more points in that to be skilled... that's how most mmorpgs do it...
Also, you'd probably take penalties to your damage and such.

Its possible that there will be dual weapons, but I have not seen any pics of it eather, but all of the pics I have seen have had the chacters with eather large to some what oversize swords and shields, or staffs, so they may have not shown it in the trailers or pics for a reason.
