Thanks guys, my birthday has kinda sucked though. I had exams this whole week and another on monday :(... I'll be celebrating on Thanksgiving break!
17 you can buy ciggaretts, get into rated R movies, and drive after 9 and into NYC (if you have take driver's ed <-).

I would never buy ciggs, unless I had the intention of overpricing them to underage people while making a great profit.
