TFLO release date from EB !

TFLO now has a release date listed on EBgames.com - The release date is 09/26/04. I know it has already been listed on GameStop.com for 09/28/04 - but for those of us in good old Canada its something to get excited about as we can't reserve it at GameStop because there are none in Canada. I will be at my local Eb store tommorrow to reserve it! This has got to be, by FAR the earliest I have ever reserved a game. Has anyone else reserved it yet?

Also if anyone has some good ideas to pass the time for the next 8 months let me know.

Yeah I actually beat you, it's been available to pre order here in the UK for months now and we'll be getting it after that date you've posted! I pre ordered it last october.

A C K ! ! ! - PLEASE tell me this dosen't mean that its not going to be released in Canada ! I could still order it from the web site and have it shipped to me right ! This is freaking me out - don't want to wait for 8 months just to find out I can't get it here. I have E-mailed EB.games to see what is going on and why it only ships to the U.S.

So far I can't pre-order it - its not listed for the Canadian EB's.

wow another halo 2 fan thats diliarious the date that gamestop or any other place has is not final it is a estimate pre-release date so until bungie or microsoft says anything and it is final then just like bungie has said and I quote "Halo 2 will be done when it's done."

UK isn't a big "Dunno" Every UK mail order site on the internet has it to pre order and OXM UK has already confirmed it will be released here. That's all the proof I need. :cool:

re read please... The release date is still unknown and guessing it could be around early 2005 before the U.K gets it. Weird though because for the n.a and u.k don't even have tflo in there database yet. (just there for show)

P.S: yes, it is still coming to the U.K, I KNOW THAT ALREADY

Yeah well get a job and make money.

Everytime I work over the summer in the sun thinking to myself... I could be home right now... then 8 hours later I'm home and guess what I do... nothing.

But to me haveing more money is better then more Xbox.

I started working when I was 14 years old...Yeah I was forced to. I was in denile I thought I was getting tortured and now that I have a car (That I bought and yeah its a 91 Honda Accord laugh all you want, but I get great gas mileage.) the insurance and the gas money. I'm now happy that I started working because now I dont have to beg mommy for money. I can go out to Applebee's with my friends and pay for myself. One of the things I would hate most is to beg my parents for money.

Then when school comes around after working 8 hours a day during the summer you realize how easy school is.

I could go hours about this sorry if I insulted your laziness or what-not, but thought I'd give some insight on your impatience.

Oh by the way dont work at a fast food restuarant that truely is hell. Get a outside job its alot better.

Yeah sorry about that, misread your post. I hope UK get it for 2004. As long as the States get it sep/oct time we usually get games a month after that so, fingers crossed.

I was looking around the EB web site some more and noticed that 2 other high profile RPGs are listed as " shipping to U.S. addresses only " - Sudeki and Fable ! There is no way that TFLO, Sudeki and Fable are only shipping to the U.S. - it must mean something else ? ? ? Maybe these games can't be ordered over the net and shipped to Canada ? ? ? I wish GameStop was in Canada - EB stinks ! - they never know whats going on !

Well first and foremost you get paid minimuim wage. (Atleast thats what everyone tells me)

Now all of you are probaly wondering what kind of job I have, so I'll tell you... I'm a Powerwasher, now everytime I say that some idiot will say, "Oh the guy that dries off car windshields at the end of the car wash?" and my answer to that is no dumbass.

I powerwash houses and Semi's (with trailers attached). It's great I get all the outside I need and I never get hot during the summer because I'm always wet.

Now all jobs have there down side and this one does also.

We have to use some stuff called ACID to clean brick houses. (This where I got my Gamertag... Not from the hackers movie.) So here's dumb me with no warning about this stuff and I'm with 2 other guys... They tell me to grab that bucket (filled to the top with acid) and take it to the backyard of this house we were at.
This was my like 4th day of working and all the chemcials we worked with didn't hurt and probaly gave me a better clean then my shower at home. So me being 14 years of age at the time had trouble carrying the 5 Gallon bucket full of this stuff, so I'd take rests and one time I dropped this bucket alittle to hard on the ground the lid popped off and went all over my well lets just say "Pants". Immediately I new something was wrong... I felt a pain I never want to feel again... This stuff foamed up and started burning the liveing crap out of me. So me being the smart one ran to one of the guys I was with and they got a hose and sprayed me down like crazy. Even after I got home that day and took a shower I could still feel that stuff (kind of felt like a sunburn).

So a few days later I went past this house and when I looked at where I dumped that Acid all the grass was dead in like a 10 foot circle and a little tree the owner put there was shriveling up like an ant under a magnifying glass....

This is also where I got the number at the end of my Gamertag the Address of that house was 568.

EDIT: Wait I lied I've felt more pain when I almost cut off my thumb with a razorblade... the cut didnt hurt all the much, but man when I went to the hospital to get stiches that doctor took and gave me a shot right in the cut. That was the most pain I've ever felt.

Working at 14 isn't against "child labor laws" if somone you know works at the business (family relation).

For me my Uncle worked at the business so if the business needed me they could hire me.

And it isn't like I worked a full shift or anything sure I worked about 8 hours, but it wasn't like a everyday thing.

I was the fill-in guy when someone would call in sick.
Only day that I would always work is on Sunday basically because the job they do every Sunday is huge... 70 semi's with trailers. OHH THE HORROR!

And for the babysitting...Thats a gold mine... watch kids for so long put them to bed sit on the couch and watch tv...and you get paid a ridiculous amount of money.

And as for that Acid you have no Idea how much that stuff hurts...to give you an example if you put it on straight (Not mixed with water) it will eat into the brick and make the brick all soft and if you touch the brick... with of course a little pressure it will sink in. They use it straight on messy mortar jobs on brick houses... the mortar practically melts off.
