As of now, I am not able to get to my dashboard any more. The only thing I can do is play games.
If I FTP to my Xbox and delete all of the drvies and then someone else would FTP to their Xbox and make copies of all their drives, then they would send me all the copies and I would put that on my Xbox. Would my Xbox be up and running like new, but with that person settings and stuff?

My first question to you is if you mod, or hack your Xbox. If you do that is probably why that has happened, and is once again another perfect reason why you should not even mess with an Xbox like that. If not I dunno, I would send it to Microsoft and have them repair it.

Make some sense and maybe someone here will actually be able to help you. Words and complete sentances are usually a nice way to explain your situation. No random rant that makes no sense.

If I understand what you're asking right, Bumbico, I'd say yeah - if you reformat your hard drive and copy over it with someone else's data, you'd get their settings. If you copied your save games somewhere first, you'd probably be able to copy them back, but you'd still have to go in and fix the settings.

You have to mod your box if you want to FTP and view its content. As far as I know, there is no way to do with with an un-modded XBox.

OK, let me break it down for you guys then.....
Yes, you can FTP to your Xbox with a Non-modded Xbox. That is how I am FTPing to mine and screwed up by accidently deleting my dashboard and music files.
-Person A FTP's to his Xbox and deletes all the drives on it.
-Person B FTP's to his Xbox and copies all the drives off it.
-Person B sends the copies to Person A who then put the copies on his Xbox by FTPing to it.
-Will Person A's Xbox being working again like new, but with settings such as Person B's?

Sure, I have no dashboard, but that's better off then having a non-working Xbox all together. That is why I am hoping someone can shed some light on this subject.

dude get the slayers disk off the net burn it onto a CD-RW pop it in and choose "rebuild retail harddrive"
that way theres no other person involved. It might be hard to find somone who will actually FTP to it. The slayers disk is for modding but it also has a feature that sets your xbox back to its original state (unfortunatly mine was to badly damaged to work, it caught on fire for god sake)

I think that "Slayers Disk" is my only choice since I know realized that I can't FTP to my Xbox because I have no Dashboard even if I am using Evo-X through MA Exploit. There is no save file for me to use and I can't run it off the memory card.
I was wondering if you can send me this file for this disk because I don't know what I am really looking for and it will save me a lot of time and frustration. As of now, all I can look for is "Slayers Disk."
