TFLO like Dark Cloud 2?

Hey i'm new to the forum so I was just wondering about the details of TFLO and I can't wait for this game to come out. If you have ever played Dark Cloud 2, which is made by Level 5, you will know why I am so excited for this game. Is the combat and leveling gonna be the same? Are you gonna be able to invent things?

first of all, there is NO leveling, and yes i have played dark cloud 2, combat is different, u have to use a menu, and its kinda real timeish. As for inventing things...well..dunno, youll have to wait and see.

i think you might but thats with weapon creating you might mix some mined stuff to create different swords..and etc..

hmmm now that i think about it, i had a strange thought....
perhaps....you could mine some sorta special gems, that alow you to make some sorta "special" weapon, kinda like a magical sword, u know, like um...hmmm someone gimme a good example...i cant think of one...o! in diablo 2, like rares, u know, sumthin like that.

Well the item and equipping system looks exactly the same as DC2, and the style is similar to, so it might be like DC2. It'd be awesome if it was, DC1 was one of the first games I played on PS2, and DC2 is one of my favorite games.

Thanks for the links and I was also wondering if you thought that TFLO was going to have like rare weapons such as in Phantasy Star Online. I love those that was one of my main reasons for playin that game.
