Do you use cheats?

Wanted to poll everyone and see how you feel about cheats. I have to admit that I use them sometimes in single-player games, when I've had enough of a game, but feel like I have to finish so I can see the ending. After all the time I've put into a game at that point, I can't stand to not finish it, even if it's not fun anymore.

I never cheat the game until after I beat it. But I also like my games to last a long time, so I dont get them out of the box and finish them. I hate when that happens.

But I do enjoy going back after I finish and use some cheats and just go crazy. :D

Well, I don't mind cheating after I have beating the game, duping on MMORPGs can be fun though, oh well, a lil bit of each I guess

I do it sometimes,like on Morrowind on the revival stats.They aren't cheats though and I will argue with anyone who says they are.You can still die with these "short cuts".All it does is save you the mony from buying a **** load worth of healing potions.

I always have plenty of money so far in Morrowind. Plus I can bargain down the best of them. :D

i thought i posted in here, my answer would be only in single player and its only sometimes when there is a really hard part

i only cheat in FPS in single player cuase on the difficult level they are difficult :0

i rarley use cheats, i may use them after i beat the game, but usualy never

Sometime i use mild hacks such as no fb's and fulbright - which merely makes shadow disapear but only in 1.5. since i am in clans and almost everybody plays 1.6 i wouldn't dare touch that.

This is XBOX, not PC, and we're not talking about Counter-Strike.

I never use cheats, except on PS2 games when I get bored.

I didnt say i didnyt have enough money,heck i just check and i have 8,475,608gp.It helps when you kill those ordinals in the imperial city.

^ Much more than I have at the moment. I just exchanged my old Morrowind for the GotY and decided to start a new character. I think I only have about 400 GP for now, but I am just starting out. I should sell some **** that I am carrying around.

If I use cheats, its in single-player games only and I usually do it to screw around. Like its fun to try all the crazy cheats in GTA that can cause chaos and such, but I never cheat when playing against others.

I don't use cheats. The only game I used cheats on was FFT on the PS1, and I had already beaten the game thoroughly several times, but I wanted to try the classes you couldn't normally be, and the misc classes were fun. I like being a Templar.

i dont use cheats and when i do i regret it because it only makes the game boring once i used them.

Exactly. Well no, it didn't on FFT but only if you just used it to unlock the classes, I never gave myself gold or EXP. just the class.

I usualy only use cheats to have fun (IE Vice City, Serious Sam) and any other time I will use them only after I have beaten a game.

I only use cheats after I beat the game to see how much different it'll be. Sometimes to entertain myself... but even then I rarely use cheats (if I do, it's because I'm bored or am completely stuck).
