I was in the xbox forums and they had a sad thread in there about ACTION REPLAY (or AR) and I was thinking while I was fallening asleep last night... What if AR does the same thing that they did to PSO on TFLO? Sounds horrible to me, but wonder if TFLO gets plauged with cheaters as PSO did. Do you think that Microsoft will actually do somthing unlike sega did?

I personally think that MS should just ban AR from any Online Games.

i dont think AR will do the same thing to TFLO, because in PSO it needed offline play to actually do anything(i know, my friend was doing it)

I think the only reason the action replay worked for PSO was your characters were stored offline, not on their servers like they will be for TFLO...

The AR for xbox is basically just a way to transfer saves to your computer where, if you want, you can mess with them... as I recall...

Shouldn't be too much of a problem for TFLO...

im sure it wont affectTOFL since most likely all the data will be stored in a database that will be accesed when you sing on to live the only way action replay could possilby work here is if you have access to the database

Don't even worry about the Action Replay. You know how you can currently hack the Xbox and replace the hard drive or install Linux or do whatever you please? Well, if you do that, the next time you try to sign onto Xbox Live, Microsoft detects what has been done and disconnects you, banning the account. The same thing will happen with TFLO. You could have the Action Replay plugged in and attempt to sign on to the server. A message could pop up asking you to "Please remove the Action Replay and try again". That way users will not even be able to log onto the servers with the device plugged in.

exactly, the only way you can hack on xbox, is by doing it offline, ive seen how it works(and done it myself just to see how) and it can only be done offline.(although i almost got me friends account deleted.......)
