Morrowind is great, and the GotY edition is a nice one too for just a few more bucks.

I'm thinking Morrowind GOTY or a Tony Hawk game. (2x or 4)
How good is Morrowind? I liked Star wars KOTOR alot but Morrowind might be to slow.

Dead or Alive 3 - $10 bucks at KB Toys. wOOt!
Morrowinds a classic, along with Splinter Cell, and maybe some of the Tony Hawk games.

This game is not a Platinum Hit but if you just wanted to go out and rent a game for a couple of days then this game would be nice, Top Spin. You can enjoy this game by just renting it as the only thing that owning it would add would be online play but by renting it you can get all out of the game in a short amount of time. I'm not a big sports playing guy but some tennis games such as Virtual Tennis for the Dreamcast and Top Spin for Xbox I find to be fun. Another non Platinum Hit that my friend finds to be very enjoyable would be Project Gotham 2. As far as Platinum Hits go I too would have you consider Morrowind as a great RPG that you can play over and over and do different things each time. Not to forget about Halo if you don't already have it. Hope this helps and Morrowind might start off slow but you you play it for a while you will be hooked and your friends will not see you for weeks at a time. I'm sure that if you like RPGs then you will like Morrowind.

Is there anyone with a xbox who doesn't have a halo or not in the processes of driving to the store to get?:mc:
I decided to get tony hawk 4. It was the only decent planium hit around at the time. Morrwind was there but you guys suggested GOTY edition, which wasn't there.

Morrowind GoTY Edition is really glitchy though like some menus will just freeze when running it. Really pissed me off.

that rarley happens, and anyway, with a game the size of Morrowind, you have to expect alot of glitches, and besides that it is just a fantastic game, the only real problem i can think of is the long loading times, and they are very long, but (once agian) that is expected once you see how big the world it has to load is:mc:

I got it for PC a while ago too personally I like it better cause of the patches and mods to fix glitches and also my load times weren't that long on Xbox nor PC

yeah, but i have a bad computer, and i have a console so because i don't want to have to get patches, or upgrade, as well as, agian, i like a controler over a keyboard and mouse anyday (exept for RTS, of course):D
