I'm trying to make an animated sig for the first time, but I'm not having any luck. I'm using Macromedia Fireworks, and I created all of the frames just fine, but whether I use a png or a gif file, I can't get it to animate. It's not complicated or anything - there's only four frames! Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

If you have Adobe Photoshop, you have Image Ready. Use Image Ready it's much easier.

I originally used this (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gifcon.html) as my animated gif creator. After I got some common sense I switched to this (http://download.com.com/3000-2186-10225010.html?tag=lst-0-16) which also does funky text

'fraid I don't have Photoshop. Thanks for the links, munkii - I'll try them out.

Hmmm - this isn't working. Can anyone take a look at it and tell me why it's not animating? My current guess is that I've set it to wait too long or not long enough before changing frames. There should be 4 frames.
