I've been babying the heck out of my 360 since i bought it about 8 months ago. And now, inexplicably it freezes and i get the 3 red lights any time i turn it on. Can't play DVD's, games, or even get on the dashboard without it freezing.
So I call xbox, tell them about it and they don't even have me do any tests or anything like that. Some guy just got my information, listened to me describe the problem, then put me on hold for 5 minutes. He came right back and gave me my case number. He said to call back in 24 hours because microsoft was updating it's computer systems or something. Then he said.."We will be sending you a brand new Xbox 360". That's AWESOME.
