View Full Version : Grand Theft Auto Double-Pack

I was wondering if anyone else has this game. It is a VERY good pack but one thing that bothers me is both games seem to have a bug were it either freezes or textures will go mysteriously black every so often. Has anyone else made this discovery?
I don't have it but my friend does.
I'll probably go over there in a day or two and check it out :)

im gonna get it either for Xmas, or sometime next week...i got Vice City for the computer :D but i heard GTA 3 is better....actaully i think im gonna get True Crime first, it looks great, but i heard it takes a day to beat it

No, but True Crime has texture and freezing problems for me.

i heard true crime doesn't live up to what it supposed to.
I'm asking for GTA double pack for christmas. I planning on buying Crisom skies some time.

True crime in fact does live up to it's name, but the only flaw with true crime is that the story part is short.

True Crime is short, my friend who’s not even good at video games beat it in 2 days.
Also I heard GTA3/VC for Xbox is kinda glitchy.

If true crime was as long as gta III or vice city, the game would have been perfect. But I still think true crime is a better game.

The only way in hell I'd ever get this is if it had MTA capabilities. I already have both on computer and they probably both run better then they would on my xbox.

In terms of looking good, True Crime (xbox) looks better then GTA 3/VC (ps2) but the double pack for xbox has the better graphics and sound then True Crime does, its also less glitchy and imo more fun.

man, i've had both games since they first came out...(me being a wonderful ps2 owner) and they fucking rock. true crime looks like a ripoff of both GTA and max payne. only both GTA and Max Payne were appealing to audiences and innovative when they first came out.

well i mean, honestly...did you REALLY think it would come out on anything else? it's got a built-in fanbase...plus, the xbrick just gets the ports anyways...

Do you even know what your talking about? The only reason GTAIII and GTA:VC was PS2 exclusive was because of the SONY deal.
