Prince of Persia

Since Im low on cash right now Im on the edge on whether to buy it or test my luck of getting it for xmas. So is this game as good as its being built up to be from gaming sites?

Prince of persia is definitely worth it's money. best game ever of it's kind since tome raider.

I've been following this game ever since the first gameplay footage was revealed at E3. I was going to buy it a couple days ago but I just don't have time to play it right now. Im too busy with Kingdom Hearts and Castlevania for PS2. I think I will put it on my Christmas list, because I should have plenty of time over Christmas vacation to play through it.

I've seen pictures of the game and it looks pretty good. There have been alot of good reviews, so that's always positive. :) It's deffinately one of the games I'm putting on my Christmas list. ;)

it's sorta like that with the time control part, but the other aspects of the game is mainly compared with tomb raider.

I tried the demo, and after I fought some, I got stuck in this place where I was obviously supposed to jump somewhere... but I couldn't figure out where.

tucker, it might have something to do with the time control ability. i read in egm that there are impossible looking jumps and you have to do wierd things like speed up time so a column decays and falls across, this game looks f-ing awesome!!!

Yeah, I spent a ton of time and did everything, got myself up to lvl 100, made the ultimate master keyblade (whatever it's called) before taking on the final boss - I wanted to see the extra stuff at the end. Not to turn this into a Kingdom Hearts thread, but I'm really looking forward to both of the sequels (GBA and PS2).

It's ok, sniperbruce - they were saying Blinx sucked, and PoP showed them how time-control is done right. They're definitely different games, and hopefully some people over at Microsoft are very embarrassed now.

I dont know about this tittle. I hated the original PoP for the PC. It was total crap, and I am not sure if I like those typed of games. Maybe a demo first.

I always wanted to like the original... but I could never make it anywhere. It was too hard to be fun, IMHO. Or maybe I just suck. :)
