i stayed up playing it all night and day while watching t4tv nonestop yes u open a new lvl and i dont care if u beleve me because i know i did it and thats all that matters i practiced halo 1 since the day i got it and i enter halo tournaments so i have to be at my best. Well if you have nothing better to do, I think it's possible to play Halo 2 crazy and beat it on the first day. You'd have to be damn good and have nothing else to do.

legendary requires knowing the levels and perfect execution, even if you beat it in the estimated 12 hrs on normal, lets say it doubles the time to beat it on legendary, since you do have to wait alot and strategize, you did not beat it the first 24 hours on legendary. and if you did, bungie would annouce some shit like that.

its not that hard as long as you have a plasma pistol and something that can take out those sniper bastards.

and Travis knowing and doing that is good but the game isn't that hard to actually have to execute an extremely complex strategy. Snipe the snipers, charge shot then snipe the elites, needler the fucking brutes.

but the time restraints alone makes it impossible to beat in a day. i'm playing on heroic right now, you poke out, get hit by waves of plasma, sit back and recharge, poke out for a sec, same thing. Well if your unemployeed,don't go to school, ate a really big breakfast and had a pee bag beside it might be possible to beat in a day.

Its alot easier now to beat the flood now that i releae how much the needlers and sentile gun kick ass against them. At least your allies actually help you now, insted of just being used to distract the enimes (in halo 1 that is).

Actually, no matter what you beat the game on you get the extra level...It's just a multiplayer map anywho, not a big deal.
