I got it just now....It was fuckin' crazy here.

There was a line, and tons and tons of people waiting for the game...I bet there wasn't too many copies for EVERYONE, but we preorders (aka VIP) got them before everyone...HOWEVER. They kicked everyone out, because they needed to get the game in, and set it up, etc. Now, this is where things get crazy, when they let us back in, they tried to get only VIP's in.....guess what happened? THE WHOLE CROWD WAS RUSHING! Sqeeeeezing each other, like hell! It was a riot.

I can't imagine how the HALO 2/MGS3 midnight madnesses will be like, because each series has tons of fans.

Yeah, my coworker yesterday was calling to reserve his copy. He said he will tell me how it is after he plays it some.

^that is why establishments like K-mart are still decent. They always have the new releases in stock since nobody goes there anymore.

My friend 5 people will DIE on the night Halo 2 comes out due to Halo 2. GTA:SA isnt shit compared to it although....I have played GTA: SA and it is great. The commercial for it made me even more excited. I don't care what people say, GTA series is great, and was so innovative, it became the mainstream. Ninendo/nintendo fans denouncing it are just mad because the Mario rip-offs, or so on are not the mainstream anymore and that (along with FPS) are.

No, I just don't like its rating to be perfectly honest. At least nintendo can make fun games for everybody. My mum probably would never let me play this. Its an achievment to be able to step back, and see that you've made a game that everyone can enjoy rather than step back and see that only some people can enjoy it.

I just finished playing GTA: San Andreas for the first time, and am pretty surprised by how quickly I was drawn in, despite having been skeptical of it being too similar to past GTA games throughout its development.

One thing to me the GTA series stands for in this generation is that gameplay does overule graphics. It's always nice to see such a mainstream game like GTA to show this.

GTA 3, VC, and SA look all about the same. However its the gameplay that keeps people comming back for more.

I can't wait to get ahold of the XBox version, when ever that happens to come out.

that's ture, i havn't gotten to play it yet, but i really want to. Mainly for the sole fact that you can ride a bicycle =D. It will probably come out for xbox, maybe, next year or possibly not at all; Xbox2 perhaps? =D

Has anyone tried the CO-OP mode yet? IT SUCKS! All you can do is run around the city and shoot stuff, I wanna go on missions with my friends. Hopefully, later in the game we will be able to.

I don't think I'll get it for a while. I don't mind playing GTA, but it doesn't appeal as much as other games that are being released at the moment.

This game is so insane. I cant get enough of it. I've had it for two weeks now, since release, and just bought Halo 2, and Im still playin SA more than I play Halo.
