I don't think I do either, but I was able to view it. Basically, this guy was able to convince MS tech support to replace his hard drive for free after his Xbox stopped working due to dirty disk errors. He gives a ticket number that you could use to convince tech support that you didn't just hear about some guy that happened to - you have proof that they can verify in their own database.

I thought the article said that they copied all of his save games to the new hard drive...

my xbox is starting to mess up like that too, i was playing rainbow six and i keep frezzing and before that around x-mas all my games were giving me dirty disc errors, even the new ones

I read that at txb already. Very helpful. I didnt do it yet tho because you need on of those f'd up screw drivers.
