Is it just me or does this sound like a bad idea, I mean if the two Acclaim bosses couldn't handle their old company what's to say this one won't go down the same path.

Well Acclaim was a good company in the n64 era, but ever since 2000 the companies gone down the shithole in virtually every sense.
