Don't count on it. Nintendo very rarely announces much until the last minute and I don't expect this instance to be any different.

Well, probably like with OOT, the game will be delayed... and delayed... but meh. I'm thinking that it might be a world wide realease. Wasn't WW pretty much a worldwide realease? Oh, yeah, wait, Japan got it early eh.... well... I think OOT was, maybe this will be too :)

A worldwide release would be cool, but that'd mean an even longer wait due to Nintendo having to localize and translate for the European market. But yeah, delays are inevitable, but i'd still rather have months of delays than a crappy game.

It will be delayed and probably not get the deserved hype since it will be released around the time Nintendo is hyping their next system.

Well, nintendo did say now all they're doing is the finishing touches on the game... since apparently back in May it was near completion. Maybe these "finishing touches" are translation?
