Xbox 2 Controller Images?

The folks at Gamespot go in to great detail about that controller. My take on it is that it is in fact real, or close to what the Xbox 2 controller will be. I have been told from various sources myself all the Xbox 2 controller will do is switch the black and white buttons to shoulder buttons, and start and select in a more obvious position and this matches that exact description.

Im not going to go as far as say this is a prototype, but it has the general idea of what I have been hearing. I see a few problems with it though if it is real, getting used to now using your index finger for shoulder buttons, and middle fingers for triggers would be hard. The shape around the top is also very "PS2" looking and could be sexified some way. Overall though the craft of the controller, fake or not is very good.

i don't like it either, except for the analog stick placement it is a dual shock. I want my big original Xbox controller!!!! At least for an optional controller =(

yeah, in my opinion if contures realy well with the hand is way better than the "S" for shooters and the like. i also have really enjoyed the layout of the face butons which all go under the thumb (if holding the controller properly)

That thing was way to damn big. Use it as a weapon. The s ruled for long hours with Kotor and Halo and Morrowind. Oh man I miss the box....

i love the big controller for Xbox... I've used smaller controllers, like Gamecube and PS2 ones, and i hate them, it's hard to use both the thumbsticks on the PS2 one for me, since they are closer together than on the Xbox one...

That looks like a copy of a PS2 controller. I like my Controller S one for the box.

If it has two triggers, (Like Xbox) and two shoulder buttons, (Like PS2 or gamecube, and I know they have 4 and three, I'm just talking about the location) after a little refurbishing, (Make it not look so God Damn cheap) that could become the best controller ever.

The reason it looks cheap or sad is because, if it is indeed a prototype, they wouldn't waste time or money putting all the finishing touches (aesthetically and ergonomically) on a test controller that they are just trying out basic designs on.
