download it here http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

Comes with Tabbed windowing (no more switching windows) a download manger, themeing, and extenstions (allow you to mod the broswer)

I've been using it the past 3 days and i love it. I even replaced Outlook with Thunderbird.

I've been meaning to switch to mozilla for a couple months myself. :)

mozilla is like a full brower thing. e-mail included edit or and stuff. Firefox is a standalone browser

I use IE when browsing standard website which I know are safe, since most sites are designed to their standards.

If I dont know the site, or feel it to be questionable, then I will view it in firefox.

The big thing with mozilia is the download manager, it prevents all spyware, plugin, or virus from downloading to your computer without you knowing.

In IE them things can just download and install without you even knowing. Internet spyware and so forth is made to attack IE and nothing else because IE is by far the most used engine, being the minority is a benefit here. I havent had a single peice of spyware because of mozilla since I've reformated, which was awhile ago.

I'm sick of IE 6, which do yall reccomend then? And where can I download it (I really like how Mozilla stops spyware, plug-ins and viruses).

Internet Explorer started pissing me off about 2 months ago so I downloaded Mozilla. Much more stable and faster than IE on occasion.

...He posted a link in the first post. Firefox is an upgraded version of Mozilla Firebird (I think it was called?).

The load times with mozilla, firefox will always be faster b.c of the way it handles the images etc. Firefox will soon replace mozilla as well ;-)

when you click a link, click it with the mouse wheel, there is also a extension you can download to force it to load all links that would open up in a new window open in a tab, would you like a link?

SilentDeath

I like IE because I got SP2 for XP, and it kills all pop-ups.

That's why I got Ad-Aware 6
the point of the statement is that you wouldnt have to deal with them if all if you use firefox.
