Halo Tips and Tricks!

This is a tips and tricks section for Halo, were I want ALL OF YOU to contribute, c'mon people get out of the games section, and talk about the games if you know what I mean!

I will start it off:

The pistol is very powerful weapon, and if there is no other choice--go with it. A few carefully placed shots to the head will bring anyone down without an overshield within 1-4 shots. It also has the best range overall.

Hmmm, well I will start with some obvious ones.

- We all know about know about the sleeping grunts. Melee their ass!

- Hunters, slow Melee attack that exposes the weak spot on there back. Put a pistol shot or two in there, or a couple rounds of the assualt rifle.

- Rocket a Ghost ship to flip it over before an Elite gets there, then you can flip it back, and use it to whip everything out. The ghost is my vehicle of choice.

- Flood, assault rifle on the little ones, shottie on the big ones.

Thats a good start.

Those are good ones for first player, here is another one that is especially good at beating the game on Legendary--at all cost when against the covenant save as much sniper ammo possible. Also stick grenades on the Grunts, they are stupid and will run into a crowd of their buddies. Patients is everything when fighting against Covenant, and running like hell is even more against the Flood. The Elites using their weapons against them works best unless your talking about Shotgun, sniper, or rocket launcher.

single player - if you melee a hunter from the front they usually will charge soon after, aim for their neck. 1 to 2 shots kill, especially if you just got off a melee.

multiplayer - KNOW WHERE YOUR PORTALS GO, they can change the game 10 fold.
