I dont know if any of you are from new york. But we have these things called "regents" They are state tests and annoying as hell. If you pass your class and fail your regents guess whose going to summer school? They also had this 1 regents where 98% of New york failed...im off to take the same one =(
in 10 minutes.......if its to hard ill just go rambo style and walk out lol

Your talking about the math A regents. I pass that with an 48 lol. Also i just took my U.S history regents today and going to take my English comprehensive part 1 tomorrow and number 2 on friday.

I was talking to an old teacher who now teaches in Florida and he said that he could tell people who took the regents and who didn't. They focus on New York and Califorina because we are the future so the stupid states will be left alone. Bow to my superior intelligence. j/k

it was easy to me....i definately passed.....ohh yeah i got my ELA scores 4 bitch!!(yes im in 8th grade im in honors)

We have MCAS instead which you take as a Sophmore.

this isnt an End of the year testing...this is a NYS test and it determines what kind of classes you go in next year.be it modified honors regular or zero period.or double period math

...I'm irish we have none of those we have 6 years of 'high school' or whatever well the 4th year you dont have to do but it's fun to we went on trips all year
but for the first three years you study a certain course in each subject then get a 2 hour long exam per subject at the end of the third year that continues over a period of about 2 weeks
then during your last two years you do the same thing with harder courses and take harder exams at the end which detirmine what you can study in college and which collges you can get into and stuff... one guy was late for one of those exams so he wasn't allowed take it so he put two pencils in his nose and slammed his head off a table to kill himself cause the pressure put on him by his parents was too much :-\

good luck man....regents suck ass....i can't wait till im competely done with them. yay then SAT's...i hate tests....
