Infinite Money
Keep going in and out of any tavern until there is a viable officer candidate waiting to be hired. Tell them you don't think they are worth what they are asking, they will lower their price, then say they are still not worth their fee. Keep doing this, and eventually it will turn into a negative sum. The amount of money you hire them for (which will be shown as a negative amount, -5000 for example) will INCREASE your gold instead.
Infinite Money Easy Without Codes
There is a very simple glitch to get as much money as you want using the loansharks. Simply go up to one and borrow as much money as you want, keep borrowing the max amount until you are loaded with cash. Once you have reached the desired amount, simply take out one more loan of any amount, then pay that loan back, the loan shark will forget all the other money you owe him.
Easily Avoid Enemy Ships
If your ship is too weak, or you don't want to fight, just tap A while in map mode right before the enemy ship comes into fighting range. Then, go back to map mode and the enemy ship will disappear.
Reset Reputation
Press AXYXYBBYBA on the controller to change your reputation back to neutral. This can only be done on land and no menus should be open at the start.
