my Xbox just died on me two days ago ( crying nooooooooooo!!! why'd u have to leave me..) any way back to the point i'm buying a new xbox so i need to change my gamertag this can somtimes be a bitch so does any 1 have a suggestion please post it in bold

Why do you need a new gamertag? Wouldn't account recovery work?

Yeah I believe so. Just make sure you have the same credit card used to make the account on the previous Xbox.
